Here are the questions we are most frequently being asked:

 
 
SHIPPING 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we sell and ship internationally, but all international orders must be placed via phone or e-mail.

 

How long does shipping take? 

Shipping generally takes 3-5 days. Smaller items normally ship within 10 business days.  Larger items, like body components, normally ship in 4-8 weeks. If you have a question about the current lead time, please contact us.

 

Will I be charged for taxes?

As we are based in New Hampshire, there is no applicable sales tax.  You may be charged federal excise, if applicable.

PROBLEMS?

Shipping Damage 

Shipping damage is the responibilty of the carrier.  Federal law defines the rights and responsibilities of the customer in these instances.  Do not accept product that you suspect may be damaged.

 

If you discover that there is an issue with a product you have received, and it is not covered by the carrier, we will work with you to resolve the issue, but you may be charged for all or part of the cost that we incur.

PAYMENT & WARRANTY

What forms of payments do you accept? 

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal, as well as Certified Funds, such as bank checks or money orders.  All international orders are by wire transfer paid in U.S. funds.

 

What are your warranty terms & conditions?

General warranty is 2 years on accessories for materials, workmanship and enviromental damage and 10 years on body components.  Detailed warranties will be provided with the product.
