Product Info

Our Service Body is fabricated from welded 1/2" thick co-polypropylene sheet, which can be painted just as any other automotive plastic component. The material is natural, which is an off white color. All compartment doors are fitted with automotive grade door seals and you can choose from three door handle styles and two latch designs. Our body design incorporates an indirect vent / drain system to help keep your equipment dry as well as cross compartment vents.
Our bulk head, bed surface and tailgate are also made of polymer material, so they won't rust. All of the hardware is stainless steel, so it is rust resistant too. If you work in an area which is hard on trucks, we even offer a stainless steel subframe option. That combination will out last multiple trucks. The reinforced heavy duty rubber fender flares installed to protect your body, also give it a nice finished look.
FAQ's
Does it come painted?
We do not offer paint at this time due to the significant risk of damage in transit. To paint the body, it needs to be prepared like any other vehicle component, but needs to be cleaned with a degreaser that works with your paint system. For best results the degreaser should be applied both before and after sanding. The paint system should be designed for use with automotive plastics, and must include an elastomer and a UV inhibitor.
How long before I receive my new body?
Your new body should arrive in four to five weeks. Standard production time is just under four weeks. Please allow up to a week in transit depending on your location.
